Will the LQ9 truck intake fit under the hood of a 68 camaro?

I found on LS1tech the the throttle body and alternator sticks above the hood. I didn't like the looks of the truck intake anyway... Looks like I'm going to have to spend alittle extra cash on the car inake, rails, and front acessory drive.
