Man, I'm BEAT.. after thrashing on the car for the last 1+ weeks at Best Of Show we finished up in time to ship the car to the Gingerman Motorstate Challenge event in Michigan. Since I still needed to do my work there were at lot of 12-14 hour days where I would work on stories.. work on the car and then come home and write some more.
Anyways, we didn't get everything done. The new STACK gauges are pretty tricky so there's a learning curve there. We didn't get the tach or speedo functing, but I have GPS speed on the Racepak and a tach there as well. We also didn't get the fuel pressure wired up but I have a mech gauge on the rail. All the other stuff is working well.
**** at BOS hooked up a set of gas struts to my factory trunk hinges.. now it stays open instead of hitting me in the head when I fill up. woot!
No leaks and the new oil cooler lines seem to be working fine. The new audio system works great but there's some feedback (RF hum) we didn't have time to isolate. Looks like once again we will be sorting out the car on a track.. lol.. I wish I could have at least driven it around the block.
Anyways, she's headed east and should arrive at Lane Automotive by Wednesday. Oh, first class service from Intercity Lines.. as always.
Getting loaded for the trip east.. the car on top is a '09 Challenger Hurst Edition... number 9.

I've been TigerCaged!! Needed a cross bar for a shelf. Didn't want to weld with a done interior so I call Air Ride Tech and ordered some Tiger Cage parts. Just had to measure and weld up a bar, voila! instant cross bar.

The bar is there to hold this shelf.. got tired of having no place to carry anything. Eric Thornson Upholstery in Agora Hills did the "rush job" work.. came out sweet. The bar will also give me a place to mount my fire bottle.

STACK gauges all lit up and mostly working.. have some programming to still do for the warning indicators.

An example of how nothing is easy.. the new radiator should have just bolted in, but the upper fitting ran into the air intake. Solution: notch the intake.

Also was able to finally drill and install the CF spoiler from Screamin Performance out of Florida. Nice piece and it fit great.
