Narrowed Fuel Tank needed with G-Bar?

I am using the G-Bar and mini-tubs in my first gen. Do I need to have a narrowed tank? Will the narrowed tank allow me extra exhaust clearance?

You need a notched tank in the front two corners to entertain tail pipes.

So are the notches standard on the narrowed (Rick's) tanks?

Nope....Frank @ Prodigy Customs gave me a good deal on mine.

The tank does not have to be built narrowed. We have them made notched for G Bars. We also have tailpipes to clear the notched tank.
