Okay So I am building a 48 chevy suburban... not you typical pro touring setup i know... I have decided to run a Chrysler 300 c rear independent suspension.. I Am looking for input on which chassis to clip the front with... a body g body etc... or do c4 stuff ... my concern is the c4 stuff with the weight of the truck... hoping to be under 4500 lbs... I Have an LS2 So is there one chasiss that fits these engines better... im not apossed to building a tube chassis front and running rack and c4 stuff but is it really going to make that much difference???? Im looking for handling in the stock f body range or better of coarse.. LOL realizing this is a heavy boat.. Any ones opionoins are welcome... and i will be setting the engine back between 6- 8" in hopes to gain some better balance.. Truck will be fully caged.. my hopes is to run in some CLub events auto cross etc.. and The silver state... i realize this is an odd question for an od truck but im so tired of seeing the same stuff all the time and want something the wife and kids and all of our stuff can fit in...
