I called a couple of places most were high. I guy I gave parts to on craigslist refered me to a local shops

the sand blaster ( the frame, rear , a arms and core support and inner fenders he is charging me $280)

the p-coater (simi gloss, frame $225) (rear, arms, core support and inner fenders and any other mics parts $175)

since most places I called were almost twice as much I think this is good. I have seen the work and it looks great. These shops are located in OC. I just want to know if this is fair pricing before I pull the trigger.

Thanx.

That's very reasonable....pull the trigger before he raises his prices.

Media blasting runs between $1 and $2 per minute, chemical prep is about $1 per minute and coating and curing is $1 per minute, that is an average, just visualize how many minutes each part takes.

A guy here is charging $600 to blast and 2 rounds of powder coats. Dont know if 2 is better than 1 in this case or not.
