Hello,
I'm thinking about installing the Baer track system on the front of my 1969 Camaro. The car currently has the factory power single piston **disk** brakes with 1 piece rotor/hub assembly.
Does anybody know how much the Baer Track system will increase or decrease (if any) the track width of my car, i.e. will I need to get wheels with a different offset/backspacing to keep the wheels in exactly the same position as they are today relative to the fender?
I've heard that the system decreases the track width by 9/16" on each side, and I've also heard it increases it by 80/1000" on each side! I'd like to know which is true (if either)!
Thx in advance...Martin.
