New guy to the fourms here and i have a couple questions. First off i love the pro-touring look low, 18x12s etc etc. Im looking for the pro-touring look for my car but i would never be on a track. My question is does anyone make just a stock replacment tubular a-arms for my car?? Car is a 72 camaro. I looked a globalwest dse, all the big boys and they are nice pieces and all just a little too much for me.

You could probably save some money by just buying two tubular upper control arms if you want them just for looks. (I think people will notice the uppers much more quickly than they will the lowers).
I believe it is a change in spindle that opens the door for improved arm geometry, obviously once you buy an arm you commit yourself to whatever spindle it comes with (unless you're okay with altering its intended geometry to whatever results from the change). I know you can buy AFCO control arms for fairly cheap, but in my humble opinion, they're no where near as pretty as GW and the like.

Well i'm going to buy the uppers and lowers. I'm just looking for something streetable looks ok and handles like my 4th gen. i dont see paying all that type of money for dse, globawest, etc etc and i'll never get my moneys worth out of them.

Take a look at our tubular upper arms, get the look and the benefits without the cost, no need to worry about spindles on a second gen unless you want to go bigger brakes, such as the budget 1LE conversion http://www.pro-touringf-body.com/control_arms.html
