digital camera problems

im trying to take some pictures at a local show & my camaera is dead. i get no light no screen no anything. i tried charging it, with the computer & using a wall socket. nothing seems to be working. only thing i could think of is i left it in the car on a hot day. didnt drop it or anything. the camera is a poloroid t831 if that helps.
have any of you guys come across this problem? how did you fix?

how old is it maybe the Batt is shot try to find a camera place that might have same batt you can try or pick up a new one..always nice to have 2 ..

I have a Kodak that has been acting up. Sent it in twice for repairs and both times when they recieved it they said it was fine. So when It acted up the third time I seached the net to see if others had the problem and sure enough they did. Then I found one guy with the solution. What was it? Just tap it on the side. Really. I tired it and sure enough it worked. So I guess that everytime i sent it in the bouncing around from shipping must have been like tapping it on the side.
