I am looking for ideas for a custom interior for my '68. If you have a website with photos I would love to get your link. Thanks.

I refinished the interior on my '68 last summer. It is just a mild change from stock, to give a little more updated feel. You can check out pics on my website in my signature. Just click "68 Camaro" then go to the "interior" page.
The modificaitons from stock include...
- custom center dash insert for guages and custom guages.
- modern style felt headliner on heavy waterproof cardboard backing.
- roll bar and harnesses.
- rear seat deleted and a rear firewall carpeted.
- custom seats.
- two tone black/grey scheme throughout.

J.T,
What are those seats you've got in there? I Like them.

nice look, what seats did you install. How hard was it to fit the new console?

You can also view mine in the VB garage. 2002 Trans Am Dash, console and 4th gen interior in my 69 Camaro. I installed everything by myself.
Here is an idea of what it looks like so far.

JT,
I looked at your door panels and really liked the pull handle. Where did you get that?

Jeremy,
Its the standard 67-68 Camaro pull handle without the chrome end pieces should be able to get em at any 1st gen parts place...

Thank-you. I made a few drawings and cardboard mock ups, gave them to a local shop and they did the upholstry work. I don't sew. At least not yet.

Steve1969LS1, I love those Recaro's!!! I bet they are comfortable too. Did you find the material to match the original seats or reupholster everything from scratch. Nice car too.
