The new flat hoods are exciting. I wish I had a car to put one of those on. Until then, I'll just be another one of those people asking for one for their particular model of car . . . 77-81 Trans Am please?

Good luck with the new cf hood models.

Guess what?

We had the chance to check out a 3rd gen Nova on Friday (thanks again Eric) to confirm our suspensions that our cowl panel from the 67-69 Camaro would fit the car flawlessly.

https://static1.pt-content.com/images/pt/2009/05/2wphwmx-1.jpg
https://static1.pt-content.com/images/pt/2009/05/2poa82s-1.jpg

We were correct. So we took one of our recess/screen delete cowl panels for the 67-69 Camaro and it popped right onto the 3rd gen Nova and looked right at home. We are acquiring a cowl hood and rear trunk for the Nova to begin tooling for some more parts.

So if any of you 68-74 Nova gents need a smother lighter look for your car, we have these in stock!

I would love a cowl hood and deck lid for my 68 nova.

Oh and the filler pannel in between the bumper and the grill. Might as well add some for the inside a-piller covers then I would have to have some to cover the b piller post by the quarter windows. Ummm think the first gen camaro arm rest will fit a nova too?

It would be a shame to paint over all the carbon fiber on the outside ...... I can see some carbon fiber racing stripes on the hood and deck lid. :smoke:

Tyler,

I purchased a set of your A-pillars for my '68 RS/SS camaro and just tried installing them today. I am having a problem with them not fitting correctly and the screws holes not lining up with the stock holes. It looks like they are made for another appllication because the bottom of the pillar doesn't fully cover the existing hole where the stock pillar attached to. Is this the way that they are suppose to fit or could I have been sent the wrong pillars? Any info on these A-pillars would be appreciated.

The A pillars will work in a 68 but you must drill new lower mounting holes for them. I didn't know this when I ordered mine so I sent them back and just refurbished my originals. If your picky about how these pillars are going to fit, I would suggest sticking with your originals. On my car, the bottom screw holes were not completely covered up by the new A pillars.

Sorry if I overlooked this, but are there any plans to make first gen fenders?

I figure while I'm at it I might as well make the whole front end Carbon...:)
