I like to change from poly bushings to delalum or sorts. Do I have to align the car again? I assume if I use the same shims on the uppers and keep the tie rod same I dont need. Is that right?

Also what should I get as far as the bushings besides stock since I'm sick and tired of the noise the pollys does.
My front suspention is;
Guldstrand mod
Hotchkis hallow sway bar
stock upper and lower A arms
DSE tie rod adjusters
lowered #550 springs with adjusters
Bilstein shocks
C4 brakes
And everything new rest of the stuf.

Thanks

I would definately have the front-end realigned when you replace the bushings.

As far as the bushings for your stock control arms, I'd call the guys at globalwest.net. They also have offset cross shafts if you want/need them.

If there is any load/age on them they can be deformed and the switch to delalum will affect the alignment.

You can't go wrong with GW components. I liked them a lot on the previous A-arms.

The car should be re-aligned.

I agree with Carl here and I have been running a full Global West "phase 3" set up on my '65 Mustang including del-a-lum bushings since 1994.
These bushings seem to last forever and have virtually zero deflection. Global's front suspension components are designed with a good amount of camber gain, so you don't have to dial in a lot of static negative camber.
