new to pro-touring my 1970 mustang coupe

Hello everyone Im new to pro-touring and love it, lots of good guys here and I welcome all of your opinions and encouragement for my car.
I have my first car I ever owned a 1970 mustang coupe i bought in dec 1990, alot of people ask why I am building a coupe, its got alot of good times in that car!! so I am putting in a 427 stroker with fuel injection, tremec tko600, chriss alston chassis works 4link with a fab9 housing airride tech all the way around, a heidits superride 2 front kit with the shock towers deleted, interior will be prob, some stock some new,I plan on power windows tilt column, ac, I got started on the car about 3 years ago the broke my leg, so i got set back but im back on it now, the paint will be a silver,motor bay flat black, and undercoated black, I havent decided on wheels yet I need to see some photo chop from someone creative here, and like i said i welcome all ideas, thanks for looking ill update with pictures

Welcome fellow Mustang coupe brother. That will be a sweet car when done. With the silver paint I would go with dark charcoal or black wheels with brushed/satin lips...mini-tub it and slam it with some 315's to give it a mean serious look.

Great start!! Keep your eye out for pics of a Shelby Coupe made for the Mexican market. It had an ad on to the rear window quarter area that totally changes the look of the Coupes.

I did have the rear narrowed just a little im trying not to mini tub but still have it sit down with some tire under it, the charcoal rims might look good ?? ill keep that in mind

wyatt sounds like we have alot in comon i was 15 when i bought this car in fact its still in my dads name as i was to young at the time to get the loan of 2500.00 to buy it I worked at DQ paying my dues over the grill and ice cream machine to pay for it:bananna2:

I agree. The other years looked very...odd and square. The 69/70's were a bit smoother.

Im glad to see my bro get this heap running! This is going to be a excellent driver! Its not overdone and there are alot of suttle changes, nothing drastic. I cant wait to drive this car with the rack system. Mabye now he will fix that tear in the headliner from back in high school...

I understand the economy is not good for alot of people right now I feel very fortunate to have job, (as long as people keep eating little debbie snacks), but I have saved for the last 6 years to do this project hopefully I can get a little farther before i have to re coupe!! and save some more money,, thanks everone for all the kind words of encouragement!!!!!

Nicely done... it's got a bit of pro-street, pro-touring, and street rod all wrapped in one. Does it hustle?

headlights are projector got them on feebay,
It put out about 410 to the rear wheel which for me that is plenty on the street just not use to the bigger motor I always had 302 that would rev quicker, this one dosent seem to really start putting alot of power down until you spin it up around 5-6 grand. It was still making power on the dyno at 6500 I just did not want to hurt it!!
