Where is a fan belt supposed to properly ride in a pulley? I've done some searching and it seems that the v-belt angle is 40*. When I sight down the belt looking into the pulley 'V', it seems the belt 'grips' the pulley along it's shoulder but not along the entire side. This is with Zoops pulleys and an aftermarket alternator. The belt top is the correct width and size.
