What do you guys think this 65 Impala is worth?

Here is a 65 Impala that I am considering purchasing. I just wanted to get some opinions as to the value of the car.

True SS car with 283 and a powerglide. Car is very clean, nothing doc'd or special to mention. Coy's are 20's all the way around.

Book prices are worthless.....but thanks for helping out.

Jon....That is what I offered and to the penny what I thought it was worth. He had $24,500 on the window but has came down to 16k but I think 15k with the wheels is the max it can be worth right now. Thanks for your thoughts!
