Any additional info on the show, things to do in the area for the wife & kids, etc would be much appreciated!! We've been looking for a different show to attend since many of those we typically go to now seem to conflict with my son's racing schedule. This weekend is a perfect fit!

I'd be looking to make the 6 hour trip from New Brunswick, Canada with a pair of first gen Camaros so we want to pick the right show. I called the hotel and they indicated that there were still rooms available but couldn't give me a rate since the computer system was down.... does the show get a discount for participants?

Marlboro where it is held is about an hour from Boston itself so you could always venture n there on Friday....

There is a mall not too far frm there and the hotel has a nice pool I beleive.
We live about 45 min from there -How old are the kids? Nathan (my son ) will be 12 - maybe they are all close in age to keep each other out of trouble...lol


the rate is discounted- ill find out for ya.

Why dont you call me when you get a chance at the shop and chat- later in the day is best- Im here until 7pm or so...

gonna be hot and steamy for the show this weekend for all the cool rides. Worth checking out- take your car out for a road trip and stop on by- about 45 min from Boston and 25 for Worcester MA (HOme of the Summer Nats) -easy to get to from Rt 495.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all for attending our inaugural Rod and Custom Nationals show. The 2008 show was a great success, more than 500 vehicles from all over New England and beyond were in attendance at the beautiful Best Western in Marlboro, Massachusetts. Spectators were in abundance and thoroughly entertained with music, driving championship grand prix go-karts, building custom model cars, competing in the spark plug challenge or watching pinstripers create some one of a kind masterpieces of automotive art which were auctioned off for charity. With activities, prize give-aways, raffles and dozens of vendors there was something for each member of the family to enjoy. The 2008 Sho Car Association Rod and Custom Nationals was truly a spectacular event and should not be missed in 2009. Thank you.
