Hi all:

Anyone know the weight of the 12" 1LE rotor and hub assembly compared to the 11" stock rotor on a second gen? I should have weighed them before I put them on a few summers ago, and am curious how much weight I added to my front end.

Thanks, Rick

I don't know what the OE second gen front rotor weighs off hand, but the 1LE/Impala SS rotors come in right at about 25#.

I think I have one at the house new GM one I'll check. I also have an 11" but it has the bearings and grease still in it so maybe a hair heavier.

Thanks guys. I'm pretty sure I have a stock rotor laying around I can weigh and compare to the 25# of the 1LE rotor.
Thanks, Rick

I have a set of Raybestos #5994 12" 1LE rotors new in the boxes (for sale, by the way) and they do weigh 25# w/o bearings/seals.
