T Type motor swap

Well, i finally sold the stock motor in my T Type. So its was the final motivation needed to get my built trans and 109 block from my wrecked GN and slide it in. This was such a nice running motor that i was just enjoying driving it, now the bug to go fast has bitten, hard. I will get some pics of the process and keep this updated. Only thing holding me is getting the turbo rebuilt, that goes out this week and hope to have it back within 2 weeks. Glad i have a TBSS to drive for a daily, takes the sting of not having the Buick to drive out a little bit.

Slowly making progress. Of course run into a plethora of little irritating problems. But hoping to get her back on the road by the end of the week. Love reading the progress from other guys, it keeps me focused and motivated.

Finished it tonight, sounds real good. Should have it out on the streets tomorrow making sure all is well.

Been driving it around working out the little bug and whatnots. Finished up the meth injection and got the boost at 20# and no probs. So now its time to turn it up to 22# and see how she likes it.

Sadly no, it died a tragic death. Thats why it says <RIP> behind it in my sig. I salvaged all i could from her.

So 22psi was a big hit. Now up to 24 psi and let her rip. Methanol seems to be well received and it drinks plenty. :firefire:
