Anyone have experience with them on a 69 Camaro? I've lowered mine with 2" drop spindles but have a minor tire rub issue on the inner fender. I would like to go a little lower and with the narrower a-arms, I think it would be possible.

my friend has brand new set he's looking to sell, bolted on the car for mock-up, never driven... see this thread with pics...

He explains what he was trying to do in that thread... PM me if interested, as I'm not sure if he still has his account password and such...

I talked to him this morning and he dropped the price a bunch. They are very nice arms. Would have worked great for what he wanted to do with the car at the time.

How many allignment shims are you using on the stock upper control arms if I may ask. I just helped a friend take off there Tall two inch drop spindle because the allignment shop could not get enough clearance between the upper control arm and header. There was a good inch worth of shims with the tall spindle. We put the stock spindle on and reset the ride height and had the car redone and now there are only one 1/8th inch shim in the passenger side arm

Those arms look like they are for coil springs?. I would definitely be interested if they were for coilover shocks

I recently installed the 2" drop spindles (CPP) and had the car re-aligned. There is one thin shim (~1/32") at all 4 locations on the uppers. I'm not sure why your friend would need so many shims, but can understand the clearance issue with the header. If I were to install a bunch of shims on the upper arm, that would solve my tire clearance issue, but would they be able to get a proper alignment then?
