Hello,
I am new to the site. I joined to learn more about pro-touring. I am undecided about how far I want to go with a matching numbers car but hopefully this site will give some closure to all my racing thoughts regarding a pro-touring car.

BTW Jon Henson......please return my call as I know I am going to buy brakes/wheels even if I don't do a complete PT transformation.

Matching numbers is a load of crap as far as I am concerned. I would rather have a fake that I could beat on. Kind of like fake boobs, if you can touch them they are real.

Thanks for the invite. I am gonna check i tout this year. I was at the Grand but came down with bronchitis Thurs. of the event. I am really excited about the "run through the hills" event. I just recently found out about it in a Super Chevy mag I bought back a few months ago. It had the DSE 2nd gen that won an event in it. It's amazing that all this has been going on so close and I knew nothing of it. I've had this Camaro for 2 years and have done nothing more but watch it sit for the most part. As far as the matching numbers goes.......I initially bought the car as an investment and thought it was a better way to go.
