where did mar get the transmission or the parts for the mule for that transmission to hold the power its putting out to the wheels? i called G force transmission and nobody answers, i see from there web site there kits hold 900 horse and am very intresded in it. if anybody knows another trans shop i want a 6 speed that will take between 800-1000 horse.

I am pretty sure that "camcojb" knows the trans specs for the mule. I am sure that he will check in sooner or later.

did the mule have mechanical or hydraulic linkage for the t-56?

The upgrades were done at D&D Performance (http://ddperformance.com/) They changed to the steel shift fork, carbon fiber sliders, Viper output shaft, etc. plus a different 5/6 gear set (I believe both were changed for better drops for top end speed).

Very nice guys; I had them mod two T56's for me, very reasonable and super fast service.

I concur. My D&D Viper T56 had a problem right after installation. D&D sent a truck to pick it up,fixed the problem, and added a Pro 5.0 shifter at no expense, for my troubles. All that and their turnaround time was eight days,,pretty impressive.
Wonder what they would charge for the close ratio 5th-6th gear swap?
I should have asked about it when I had them on the phone, yesterday.

Mine was just built there. It was actually a D&D rebuild. Bought it used and it was sent to D&D for a refresh..

WOW.... Thats a whole lot of MONEY..

The upgrades without the gear changes were about $1200 - $1300. as I remember. Changing the gears will add up.

Wouldnt it be cheaper to look for a used viper tranny and rob the parts from it..?
