Its alright. Decent for small areas, since the hopper does not last all that long. I was using play sand.

xlexus, the spot blaster works ok for small stuff, like maybe a fender extension, etc nothing large. i also use recycled glass for blast, it works very veyr well and is 8 bucks for a 50 lb bag, removes paint, rust etc without over heating the metal.

Like everyone else said - it works well for small areas only because it runs out of media to quickly. I just purchased and am waiting for my 100lb pressure blaster tank from eastwood. It seems like all the parts I have been ordering lately whether it be my motorcycle, 02 camaro, 68 camaro, jeep are all on backorder. i dont get it but cant wait till everything arrives. Tons of projects over the next couple of weeks. Chris

I've used that exact one also. It works great for suspension and smaller parts. Unless you have a large compressor, you will probably run out of good pressure before you run out of media. Invest in the largest compressor you can if you plan on doing this all the time.

YEP works great, my brother did his antennae tower years back with mine, one bag of play sand and it had left overs. I also have a small hopper blaster too it holds about 3 to 5 pounds.
