Problems posting video!

Hello all,
I'm having a bitch of a time with youtube. Youtube will NOT allow me to upload video. I have the video within their requirements, too. Can anyone help?

FYI,
This is video of the GG events in Costa Mesa and Del mar.

The file type is .AVI

It will not upload. The little spiral dots keep spinning around for twenty min. at a time.

I can watch the movies on my computer with no problem...wtf
