I'm pretty sure you'll need a crank spacer and longer bolts for the flywheel like the 6.0 uses with the 4l80. Not sure if the LS1 flexplate has the same hole spacing for the torque converter but you can oblong the holes a little if you need to. Other than that you'd need a way to hook up the kick down cable.

There are companies making converters specifically for this swap. They take care of the spacing issue and also the bolt pattern. To some calling around and I bet you will find several alternatives.

The 4L80E style flexplate, spacer, and bolts will allow you to run a conventional TH350 converter.
You will need to re-drill the holes on the flexplate for the proper pattern but otherwise an easy bolt in.

I carry the GM LSx flexplate setups and also have a converter builder who can setup the converter to use the regular flexplate.

I'll be carrying some common converters in the near future but prefer to have them built for each application.
