Weatherstripping Adheasive, Glue, Etc

Anybody recommend a really good adhesive or glue to join two pieces of weatherstripping together? This is for a custom application, so I want something that will hold them together but still be flexible.

I use 3m products from my work and they seem to be great 9 yrs and no complaints. just don't get it on your hands. my .02

I've butted weatherstripping with the black 3M in a tube stuff and it's lasted for many years. Wax and grease remover for cleanup.

3M Super Weatherstripe Adhesive, hands down. Like mentioned above don't get it on your hands.
