Well YouTube is not my friend but I got a couple of videos loaded over night...

Both of these were taken on Sunday running in the intermediate group. I was deliberately conservative with my follow distance - I didn't want to be "that guy" - and it shows.

The Camaro in front is Carl C.

There are a couple more but I've been having a bear of a time uploading them...

Nice James!

I like the windshield mount. It gives a better perspective of the track and the all-important line.

That run was more fun than what should be legally allowed.

Awesome videos James. Was Carl pulling you on the straight on the roof cam vid?

Damn impressive action from all the cars out there. I'm coming with next time.

More coming soon, along with a recap of the weekend with a little more detail.

Carl and I (us) seemed to be really evenly matched all the way around the course. If anything, I was really tending to be cautious on my spacing between cars. We were peaking over 100 mph at the top of the hill and I didn't want to the be guy that plowed into Carl (or anyone else) so a tended to sit back a bit farther that I needed to. The other two videos I just got loaded have more playtime with Carl.

I can't emphasize too much how much this sense of everyone trying to be safe (fast, but safe) made the session I saw on Sunday one that assured that I'll be there with my car the next time we have an opportunity.

Yes Carl, But it IS legal !! That truly is the beauty of this kind of event. And now we all have some awesome shots of our cars in action together and in-car movies too ( Great stuff James ! ). Much more fun than just the typical parked car photos - our machines are kinetic art! That dynamic shot Steve took of Carl, James, and me flying around the corner is my favorite.

So I uploaded "the whole story" behind the weekend here in my update post (https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?p=523344&posted=1#post523344).

It's got some new pictures and the two remaining YouTube videos that didn't want to upload last night. One is in SplitterVision (with the camera mounted a little bit higher) and the other is mounted off the wing window. Both feature Carl's rear bumper...

Hey Karl,
I also dig the many sweet shots of your Malibu and a very cool and healthy sounding video shot as you power down the front straight.
Your car, with it's trans-am minilite style wheels looks great !!
