Correct time?

Is it just me or is the time (when you submit a post or PM) not correct...I think it's fast?? It's a little anoying when it tells me the wrong time when people PM me.....

I just compared the server time against the US Naval Observatory Nuclear clock and it's within seconds. Maybe something is up with the PM part of the site? I will look into it.

If it's an even hour wrong then it's your time zone. If it's minutes I'm lost. lol
