All vehicles are sold where is as is .
They didn't claim that the car was perfect and invited potential buyers to inspect the car themselves. lol @ the guy being ok with breaking the ebay rules himself when he thought he wanted the car.

He also requested picks the undercarriage and they didn't provide them and had stated that the undercarriage frame was in "Good" condition.
He was still stupid for not inspecting first but the car was not anywhere in the shape they claimed.

Ahh ok I see frame part now, missed the 4th page link last go round. It seems to me that the price he bought it for would have been a sign of things not being peachy.

Holy crap my 71 Sportwagon has rust but the frame is perfect and I payed a hole lot less. Another thing is it is a put together car. it is hard to voice an opinion about this transaction. The seller is at fault by saying the frame was in good shape and by not providing pictures. the buyer for not inspecting( personally or other wise) the vehicle and actually going through with a transaction out side of ebay, where he may have had some type of protection.

The pics from top versus the bottom ones look like 2 different cars though. What a weasel seller. :machine:
