Went to pick up a few parts today from an ad on Craigslist in Danville, Ky...Got there and found two 1979 trans ams. One is faded but solid and runs well with the original 403.. Interior is worn and lower quarters are rusted on both sides. 100%, intact does not have honeycombs but old school Centerlines..$3500 cash.. Other one is also solid and had less rust in the quaters, interior is decent and car is 100% intact.. Somethings are not quite right with #2 car,, Has complete t/a dog house and all spoilers but no bird or t/a decals and has faded /removed pinstriping of a "bluebird", (base espirit model) and a 301 engine and early 70's Rally wheels. The 5th digit of the vin is W (engine code).. also $3500.. AND then in the garage is a FLAWLESS 78 trans am bandit, all original , fresh paint and you are correct, it IS NOT for sale..:drool: If interested PM me and i will give you the guys #......
