So my taillights on my 67 Camaro are not working and I'm not sure why. The wires are hot. I've checked the wires with a test light and they show that the wires are good, but the taillights still do not work. The pasenger side turn signal and brake light works so it's not the bulb, but the taillight isn't coming on. On the driver's side nothing works. Anyone have any insight?

Don't have an answer, but curious to find out what the fix is. Hopefully some other forum members who have experienced the same or similar problem can chime in soon.
Is all of the wiring original or aftermarket?
Standard bulbs or the new LED's?
Did you change anything recently or did it just stop working on it's own.

Assuming you haven't done any work in the back that required modifiying or moving around any wiring...
Each of the bulb's ground via the interference connection between the socket and the housing itself, and these are usually the culprit. Take 'em all out & give the housings and sockets a good wire brushing. Check all your bulbs for dead filaments, then put them all back in & do an op-check on all the bulbs.
The wires are probably hot because crappy connections = higher resistance = more heat generated.

Fixed. Prepare to make fun of me. We were testing the new bulbs without installing all four. It seems that all four bulbs need to be in place and in working order to have a ground. Everything is working fine now.
