Can ay on tell me the differance between tci trns controller part #337010 and controller part # 337500. Other than the 337500 will work with FAST. Thinking of doing a carbed ls1 with a 4l60e i a 81 camaro.

Sounds like one of the choices is linked with engine control. In you're particular case (carbed application) it's a non issue. Transmission control is essentially standalone. The TCU really only needs TPS and rpm input from the engine side. So there is no need for ecu connectivity. You will however need a TPS to carburetor adapter kit.
If TCI's offerings seem a little confusing, you should strongly consider Compushift. It's standalone. The feature set is comprehensive and installation is a no brainer. The wiring harness is clearly labeled. The Compushift system has, by far the best carburetor TPS adapter kit called Accu-Link. Give it some consideration and feel free to give us a call if you have any questions. The Compushift brand name might not be as universally well known as TCI, but Compushift has probably sold more aftermarket TCU's than everyone else combined.

I am a Tech at TCI, the controller that you need is a 377500. The other controller has been discontinued through us directly. Some of our dealers still may have that controller in stock. The new 377500 can be used on a carb application. This controller is more user friendly than our previous controller and that is the main reason why we changed. With your set-up all the part numbers that you will need is 377500 Transmission Control Unit, 377502 wiring harness, and 377401 Bolt on TPS Assembly.
