Looking for measurements of the follow dimensions as depicted in the picture below. Each is centerline to centerline. Whether hub-to-bolt or bolt-to-bolt.

EDIT - I realize the knuckle pictured is a C5 upright. But its the best picture I could find to illustrate the dimensions I am in need of
