What problems did you have whit the firebird on the automaxx streetpower event at circuit zandvoort?

Pagani it whas a ""test""day for us nothing more the first problem whas our own fault. the day befor we test drove the car and found out whe had to mutch transmission oil in the trans, but i forgot to take it out the necst day . resulting that during the Time Atack warm up the trans tru out the ecsesif oil out of a vent tube onto the exaust system , so we where waved off.
we had no tools nore hose to suck the ecses oil out. so we where going to drag race the car.

the problem there whase that the stock alternator(witch we borowed from sombody els) was driven bij a 15% under drive pully, and could not suply the Battery with sufisiend elect to power the electric radiator fan and the electric fan of the oil cooler and the electric fuel pump. afther 45 min at idel during the waight to get inline for the drag race the battery was suckt dry and fuel psi whas douwn to 1.5/20 the electric fans could not keep up there cooling speed resulting is to mutch radiator and engine oil heat. the resuld was a slow 13.2 sec 1/4 mile. while a 11.7 is in the car/ engine combo.
but thats where whe where there for to eliminate the hick ups.

How would it compete against the cars in the semi pro street cars in time attack competion.
Will you do the nordschleife circuit whit the firebird?

wel i gues you can be competible if put the right driver in the car and it will beat up on the competition i gues. the winner of the pro street class was ore IZ a 10 year driving instruckter of the zandvoord cirquit!!!!!!, but you dont heard that ofcours. i know becuase the owner of the winning car told me so and is the one who invited us on 100% tunning and the time atack ecetera.. but really the car is build for cannonball racing( STREET FIGHTER). Time atack was ore is just a way to put more and ore quiker stress on the suspention transmission engine parts ecetera to get hick ups to rize to the sirfes in order to make the car more durable for the long hauls.
in that case we maneged to do so.
Nordschleife is defenatly on our agenda.,, but testing first and Cannonbal runn necst year..

Or you update a replace the autobox whit newer version whit some like this so you make your to your own taste.

A proper autbox can have much quicker shift times than a normal stickshift.
Btw is their a dsg twin clutch gearbox out there for american cars that would best if could handle the torque.

Pagani we will atempt the all american day in 2 ore 3 weeks at zandvoort ,but we are working on a valve cuver oil leak and one of the fuel pumps broke douwn on us(afther only 1200 miles) , and the Hurst shifter is stil not working properly (i hope we can work that bug out ) , so it will be drag raceing in drive only. witch wil give us slower times..
also the Track is not prepeard so the runs will be iven slower. nevertheless we wil have some fun. the serius races wil start in Juli at Drachten. and some more highspeed testing will be done we are planning to go to the Neurnberg ring.. Bij the way i acsidendly deleted one of your comends on you tube...
