So they had an electric car in development. So what? I don't want an electric car. I don't want to have to plug my car in at night. I can't even get my damn cell phone to hold a charge.
What am I supposed to do on a long road trip? Carry a spare battery that will cost me how much? Stop at a hotel and plug my car in?
These people putting this video out act like it would have solved all the problems if they'd just put this car out there.
What about the costs for all the dealerships and mechanics out there that now have to service these new vehicles. What about the educations costs to teach them how to service them?
This crap doesn't happen overnight, and just because it's a cleaner, more renewable resource doesn't make it right.

I am so freakin tired of the lie that electric cars are "emissions free". How is the electricity generated? About 80% of the time in the United States it is generated by coal. Not exactly clean.
What about the battery mess if everyone actually drove one of these jokes? The battery for a Honda Civic Hybrid is $5000.00 and they last anywhere from 4 to 8 years. Think about that . . . . replacing a $5000.00 part on a car that cost $23,000.00 new and is probably worth 12 to 15 thousand when you have to pony up for the battery. Think about the costs for a total electric car.
What a joke.

plus they have the most Hybrids models in the industry. So why bother? Full electric is not the answer, just a distraction.
