After getting harassed by the fuzz in my 93 z28, I am thinking about getting rid of it for something else.

Wagons have always been of intreste to me, and I found one local.

LEt me know what you guys think.

1972 chevelle wagon
V8 ( probably a 307, but could be a 350.0
auto
PS PB AC
New brakes, rebuilt carb

Car is all stock 40000 miles, looks pretty solid complete.

Front seat need recovered, needs paint a little surface rust, but looks real solid for a midwest car.

Price is 3500

OF course, I would lower it, ad sway bars, good shocks, controal arms, etc.... '' Whats it worth? WHat do you guys think?

That's a great price if it is all there and runs.

Lot's of good parts these days to make it do what ever you want it to do.

Go for it.

Sounds pretty good. I like wagons a lot and they can be really nice looking cruisers.

Well I have had a couple of wagons and it sounds like a great deal, I would check the front cowl and make sure it is in good condition. But like the other guys say if it is all there and it runs pretty good I would definitely pick it up

Hey I think wagons are way cool, but I may be a bit biased. They can handle quite well too.

Yeah wagons are way cool but then I am a little biased since I have a 71 Buick Sportwagon

Chevelle Wagon > Chevelle 4 Door Sedan....By a lot ;)

I don't know why I like them, but I do. I've also always had a thing for Nomads too. $3500 for any decent shape Chevelle that is running is pretty good.

That's a good deal, but make sure all the wagon-specific stuff (tailgate etc.) is perfect. There's not much available out there for the wagon-specific parts beyond what's at www.einstyn.com

Chevelle wagons rock (check out my '67) and make for cool rides you can go fast in and bring all your friends along for the fun.

Well, I'm passing on the wagon.

Looked at it a little closer yesterday. Its a good start but not worth the money, imo, and the price is 'firm'.

Got my sights on a grandma fresh 1961 Biscayne now, its a 4door.
