Thought i would share with you guys my project. I know it is a truck, it is very sentimental to me though. i have done all the work myself, i am trying for a protouring suspension on it on a beer-budget. so it may not be up to the standards of some of these. but this is my attempt at designing my own truck. I do restorations for a living and hot rods at night for ppl. Never get to do an out of the box vehicle for someone, so why not mine. The engine is a 358 pushing 520hp on the dyno, will have a 100 shot of nos also. the trans is a 700r4 with a few goodies. and the rear diff is the stock one legger for now, until finances get better. one thing at a time. anyways here is a few pics. let me know what you think. there is a few things i would change but that consists of more money, so for know here goes.

Wow, i forgot i put this on here, sorry i have not kept you guys updated. Well as of now she is running, but parked for the winter. I got about 500miles on her in a month. Lets see. the engine runs really strong, needs some more tuning yet though. Trans works good, but i think overdrive is gonna go real soon. I got the diff rebuilt with a true trac and some 3.73's in it. The rims i went with are raceline 20x9. Tires are yokohama parada spec 2. 255/40/20 frt and 295/45/20 rear. She runs strong and hard. liteds up like no tomorow. I still want to build a vnew frt crossmember for her yet and change the frt geometry some, but in reality, it does not drive like a truck. handles like a sports car now, with lots of tuning yet to do. Thanks guys. Later James

The GMC grill/headlights are my favorite for that generation GM truck. Should be a great build.
