wilwood brakes (big brake System)

I have a new set of wilwood big brake 12.19 rotor.

I just finished installing the brakes. Under normal driving conditions they are working great with no noise. When I get on the brakes hard I am getting a thumping noise. Checked the brakes out and everything is tight. Ball joints/caliper are tight and set with correct torque requirments.

What in the world could be wrong? Please any help will be great help.

Until they are bed in they will "moan" a bit in panic braking. But thumping noise sounds like something not brake related.

Noises are so hard to isolate, and even harder to explain, especially in writing. That sounds effect dude from Police Academy would come in handy now!
