View Full Version : Wheel painting-what color???

just picked up some Pontiac GTA wheels for the wagon,50 bucks for all 4 at a autoglass shop ,anyway my ? is what color should I do ? Black? or body paint color or what? help me out if you can..Thanks guys

Those should be sweet on your ride and you certainly can't beat the price.Love the wagon look...:cheers:
I wouldn't do color-matching if it was me...too much of the same color and too trendy for my tastes.I personally wouldn't do black either because to me,they get kinda lost.
What I would suggest is a nice flat charcoal grey which would give it a more "competition" look,at least to me anyway.If you don't like the flat look,you can always go semi-gloss or shiny...but grey would be my recommendation.

Have someone photoshop them for you on your ride and see for yourself...then decide.
I personally wouldn't do gold or color-match them to your car...but that's just my opinion.

I personally wouldn't do silver because then you have the centers and the polished hoops looking to close in color...no contrast.

Get them bad boys on there and let's see how it looks.
