Hey,

My Sister and Brother In-law restored this old Victorian just off of Route 66 in Edwardsville, Illinois. A couple of years ago they sold it to buy a resort/vineyard. The people who bought it are now selling it because they lost their job. :(

This place is AWESOME! If somebody here is in the financial position to pick it up, you won't be sorry! 6 Bedrooms. 5 Baths. Huge garage/workshop! At Thanksgiving, the house comfortably housed 18 guests for the week.

Looks like the HGTV dream house. High quality work in restoring that place.

Yeah, it's weird that they didn't show the shop. People buying it for the Victorian aspect probably don't care about the shop and the office over the shop. It also has a large finished basement with a game room and movie theatre. :)
