Patrick built one hell of a car! There was a video of Patrick's car running :smoke:
Patrick,
Can you clearly see the speedo and tach with that steering wheel?

Thanks for the compliments. No visibility issues with Speedo and tach.

335/30/18 in the back, 275/35/18 in the front. Car has DSE tubs in back and an AME C5 subframe in the front to help fit the tires.

Silver is awesome on a car with great body lines (like a 1st gen camaro). As a plus, it's easy to keep clean. My new M3 is a very dark blue/black metallic color and it is dusty the minute after I wash it.

All the Silver Mk1's look great but Larry's stance is off the hook.
Patrick's is a close second.

Does anybody know the owner of the "inbred" car or have any more pics of it? That is the exact paint scheme I am doing but matte stripes. I thought I had found something that hadn't been done yet...wrong again!

snatch off that front bumper, give the inside "triangles" on the rocker trim a black anodising, and call it a day!
