Ideas needed, Where to put gauges in my wagon?

I am wanting to put some aftermarket gauges in my 71 Sportwagon to better monitor my engine. I am looking at 2 1/16 autometers. My wagon is basic with only the idiot lights. Any ideas on where to put them. I don't want to chop up my dash to add them.

No offense at all but i would probably put em in the dash because its a 71 Buick SportWagon. It's not a Hemi Cuda...Unless your really that worried about keeping it original or resell put em where you want em dude.

I will be running AutoMeter guages in my wagon. A 5 inch tach and speedo where the old speedo is. And all the other guages in the console and all will be 2 5/8.

I have found that I can make a mount for them that puts them right next to the ash tray.
