Hey Guys,
I just received my Tall afx spindles. I ordered these bare without the hub assemblies due to back order status. Looks to be a great piece but I have a problem. I am missing a "Hub Stud FlexLoc Thin Height Nut M12-1.75." I have no idea where to purchase one. I would call Tyler but I know he is busy and I figure I can pick one up on my own for pretty cheap.
Thanks in advance.

While you're at it, you could fabricate a brake cooling hose backing plate to replace the speed sensor bracket. And if I'm not mistaken, you need to send the spindles and hubs back to ats to get assembled because one or more of the nuts is unreachable with a regular torque wrench and they use a fixture to get the right torque.

Directions are suppose to be included on how to assemble.

Good to see you got your spindles... I hope to be getting mine in soon...
Wheres a good place to get the C5 hubs cheap? The cheapest I've seen is Advance, but there isn't one very close to where I live. I don't want to have to order from Rockauto, but I may have to as there $177 each there. (sorry for the off topic)
About the Flexloc Nut, you say your missing a steering arm nut? But your pointing and it looks like your missing a nut for the hub itself, not the steerting arm.
"Hub Stud FlexLoc Thin Height Nut M12-1.75"
And I dont know where to get them not in bulk. :(

Thanks for the help guys. Clayton, you're right, it is the hub stud flexloc, but both appeared to be the same so I didn't think it would matter.
I purchased my hubs from ebay-user name netautoparts. I made a offer of $120 per hub and they accepted.

Does a typical lock nut not work? I haven't seen them in person yet. I'm assuming it has to be somewhat low profile to fit under the hub itself? Could grind downthe bottom of a typical zinc plated lock nut to get the right thickness.

You may have clearance problems with "normal" locknut. I would absolutely NOT use a nylock due to brake heat.
I would try REALLY hard to get the correct hardware.

The thin lock nut is only necessary for clearance if using ARP 1/2" wheel studs. Check anyway but you shouldn`t have any clearance issues with the std. wheel studs. Mark SC&C

Hey Akrapovic, Im not sure if you already found a solution, but I think that the exact nut your looking for can be ordered from McMaster-Carr.
Take a look and see if it the thickness matches what you have:
www.mcmaster.com
then search "94235A120" and you will find the cadmium plated version sold individually.
Good Luck!
