Visited G Force Design Concepts

Me and my buddy went up to Chambersburg PA yesterday to visit G Force Design Concepts. I have talked to Jason Huber many times but I have never met him. He was really sick when we got there and he had his two kids with him at work for the day. Very cute kids!! Anyways what an amazing time! He gave us a tour of the shop and showed us all the projects. We talked for about an hour and just hung out. He had to go back and forth because of the kids and being sick but it was understandable. Jason is a top notch guy and he runs a top notch shop. I highly recommend to anyone in the area to visit the shop. The staff is very down to earth and professional. My buddy and I just wandered around the place, looking at everything, for at least an hour on our own. Jason even took us to a part of the shop to see the "Fuel" car!! I mentioned to him that I never got to see it and sure enough it just happened to be there for some service...lucky me!!

So here is the summary:

Jason is awesome. The shop is awesome. The cars they build are awesome. Very nice staff. The shop is CLEAN!! My car will be up there soon. GO CHECK OUT THIS SHOP!!!

FUel is one of my all time fave cars got to try to keep up with it on power tour few years back and Jason builds awesome cars and a great guy..cant wait to see your car come outa that shop..

ah yes that car is amazing! Having seen it in person for the first time was awe inspiring. There are alot of nice projects going on up there. If you go to the company's website check out the Sunoco Camaro. I saw that car up close and personnal. So nice!!

When I saw it up there it was a nice shade of...metal. It was on a rotiserre and the bottom of the car looks amazing!!! That is going to be a killer ride!!!

Thanks. I can't wait for it to be finished. I've had the car since 1987 and I don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon. A lot of the things that are being done to it are things that I may have passed on if my intention was to drive it for a year or two and then sell it.

What are you having done to it? Jason and I didn't really talk about it that much, he just pointed it out to me b/c we were walking through the body shop area. I didn't get any pics of the car...sorry. I do have some other ones though. Think I should put them up?

Definitely put any pics you have. A thread is always better with pictures.

My car getting a pretty great make over. Brieflly, the engine is a LQ9 that has been in the car since 2002 so that will have some work done to it. Nothing major but just enough to liven it up a bit. The auto trans is being ditched for a six speed. The suspension will be the DSE subframe and four link. The interior is also being redone with the DSE dash insert, modern seats, etc... HRE wheels and Wilwood breaks round out the upgrades.

The car should be a great, fun car car to drive.

Doug Thanks for the post , I have been real busy and honestly havent time to check the boards.
I really wish I would have been feeling better and my kids didnt have to spend the day there, although they love it.

If I would have been up to it we could have picked up the DEMON and went for some spirited driving on some backroads.

Fuel is getting UPGRADES , I will let Dave give the details. And yeah Dave some parts showed up last week and the major one will be here wednesday I believe.

I wasnt wearing those SHOES that day BUT I have been wearing the **** out of them and your right ! Love em .

Ric, Thanks for joining in on the post and your comments. Your car is progressing really good right now, I am cracking the whip on getting paint on it and it in the clean room for assembly time.

Trying to get the T-Bird out and the SUNOCO car so I have room for yours when the paint is on .
I will be emailing you about coming up on next Saturday to check out your car .
