Hydraboost -- What master cylinder?

Here is my current setup:

C5 13" Front
LS1 12" Rear
B-Body Master Cylinder
Stock Booster
Disc/Disc Prop Valve

I have a Astrovan Hydraboost ready to install but wanted to know if I should use the B-Body m/c or swap it it for a different one. Will the B-Body m/c work?
