Are either one worth the money or are they overpriced?

I have - with the Ultraleather. Very easy to work with.
It is worth it if you sit on your arse on long trips. It breathes a lot better than leather, so you stay comfortable. It also holds up to UV and wears better.
The last time I worked with Ultraleather (3 years ago), the price was on par with decent grade natural leather products. Shop around for the best price.

Ultra-leather here. It is super soft. Don't have any long trips or open end wrench in the back pocket stories but we like it so far.

I've used both and really like them. I bought mine at Fields Fabrics in Michigan. I don't know if they are a national chain or not. I think I paid $70 or $80 a yard. Some places want more than double that so shop around.
