I believe the proper term is "TRAD" Rod, not "Rat" Rod. As in traditional.

Yeah I would say that is late 50's early 60's Traditional. The "Lakes" style 40's Traditional cars are not as nice looking and most "Rat's" are for the most part ...junk.
