Yea, I am really hoping to see them both at their best. I like both fighter, but I am pulling for GSP in this one. BJ Penn is stepping up one weight class, so if he wins he will hold the belt in 2 weight classes.

I would love to see GSP step up one weight class and fight Anderson Silva!

I want GSP to win. BJ gave him a good fight last time but I think GSP has improved a lot in the last 3 years. I hope they both have a good fight. If one of them is off his game it will be lights out. Oh ya BJ seems to be a jerk but a very talented one.

I'd like to see BJ wreck GJP. Their first fight was back when BJ didn't believe in training. If you watch the fight BJ killed him the first round. GSP didn't even know what corner was his. BJ gassed in the later rounds and GSP picked him a part. It was said that after the fight GSP spent the night in the hospital and BJ was at the club, so who knows who got the best of that one.

I think both guys have improved a ton since then. They say GSP could wrestle for the canadian olympic team if he wanted and that BJ has better hands than a lot of pro boxers. Not to mention he was a BJJ world champ after only training for 1.5 years.(only american born champ ever)

I'd like to see BJ win, but I really don't care. I just want to see a 5 round war. With both guys walking away beat the hell up.

GSP all the way baby. Penn is such a smug ass IMHO.

Penn's cardio has always been a factor for him. He had better have changed his laid back attitude for this fight- and I'm sure he has. Penn may have gone out to the clubs after the last fight, but he did it without the big W. That was some time ago. George has evolved and become a ferocious striker and his takedown defense is pure textbook. I'm sure Penn will bring his best, big if it goes past the second round, he won't be able to sustain the pace that GSP can unleash.

Silva would dismantle GSP. For the fight tonight, IF GSP brings his A game he will probably win by decision. Personally, I thought BJ won the first matchup.

I do think that BJ's attitude is part 'game' though.

Looking forward to seeing Nate Diaz fight too, I hate his punk attitude but damn he's pretty freakin good!

That guy is slick at 205. Obviously we all know GSP outclassed Penn although Penn showed a lot of heart by not tapping in the 4th. I also agree Silva would rule GSP but that would be a good fight.

On Pt.com nobody is talking about Lyota......

He's the next guy at 205, that is if Anderson Silva stays at 185. His unorthodox style makes him very tough to deal with.....much like Silva

Lyota was impressive! Definitely a contender at 205 and 185 if he could cut the weight. Hats off to GSP, but that fight, if you want to call it that, didn't live up to the hype. Hopefully GSP will move up to 185. I don't think there are any real challengers in the 170 class for him.

GSP dominated, Lyota Machita looked great, just like in a previous UFC fight, and ol Diaz got owned. :)

I really thought BJ would have had a little more offense!

GSP tested the waters the first round and then beat BJ like a red headed step child. :spank2: I will give it to BJ he can take a beating but it looked like he ran out of gas.
I have seen only two of Lyotas fights but he looks very good. I think he can go far with his style of fighting.

Happy the GSP and Penn fight did not go to the judges. With all the trash talk from BJ, I thought he would have turned it up a notch.
