Has anyone taken apart a billet specialties Power Steering Remote Reservoir? I am refering to the cap part, does anyone know if is pressed on or if it screws on? They did say it would not be a snap ring. I spoke to the tech line and they did not know!

This is the part that I am refering to:

Are you referring to the cap and how it attaches to the cylinder? I am tryinh to figure out how the top of the cap is attached to the part that screws into the main cylinder. If that makes sense...

Oh, I see. Not sure on that one, I didn't get to look at it that close. But if Had to guess I'd say it's pressed on.

I think the cap is one machined piece with a small rubber O-ring. It's a nice reservoir...I have two of them, one converted into a rad overflow and the other a pwr string res. Just mocked up now.

I tam pretty sure that the cap is two pieces, the top part is somehow attached to the part that screws into the main cylinder (reservoir) that is also how it is vented.
