In the process of replacing body bushings.
The center bolts are just spinning free and the nut is spinning inside the small square box.
Do I need chisel and hammer to remove the square box or
does it need to be welded.
I guess its time for a new nut.

jag4902,
By center do you mean the one just under the firewall?
If the nut is spinning then the square "box" holding the nut has probaly broken it's weld. You may have to pry it up out of the way to get an open end wrench in there. Then get a new nut and weld the "box" back down.
If the "box" is just deformed try to pry it back into shape then Vise Grip it or channel lock plier it. You may be able to wedge a screwdriver between the nut and the bracket too.
In either case, put some penetrating oil like Zeps or Knock'er Loose on there from the top and let it sit for a couple of days. Then try the ideas above.
My rear one broke loose so I had to cut a hole in the floor to get to it. Luckily I had it all apart anyway so no big deal. I cleaned up the nut and the area around it then welded everything back up.
I'm afraid you'll just have to wrestle with it.

I will try the penetrating oil for a few days and see how it goes.
Thanks.

Ok, got er done. Moved the cage/box out of the way, used some vice grips to hold the nut and got the bolts to loosen up.
Thanks.
