I have 13 months left on a 39 month lease on an 07 suburban and with the downturn of the economy my monthly income just got cut in half so I am looking for a way out of the remainder of my lease. Anybody got any ideas?

With cell phone contracts all you have to do is lose the phone and if you don't get a new one or renew it the contract will void in 30 days after you report it lost.

You might be ok to return it depending on the penalties? You will pay,but what the difference is can vary from contract to contract.

Goodluck

I still don't know how it rolled into the lake...............

Try swapalease.com I got rid of a car on there a few years ago. Besides the fees involved it was very easy. Good luck

I tried leasetrader.com about six months ago. It is still on there and only had 1 interested party. You might have better luck.

Are you sure about this? My wife needs to lose her phone badly, but I dont want to pay the $175 just to get out of the contract
