Every track day I attend I see one or two pro-touring cars and always enjoy chatting with the owners, but it seems as if we're a rarity at the majority of HPDE events. I'd like to get a bunch of us together for a track day sometime this spring, maybe April? Speedventures events are always organized and fun. I'm sure if we got enough people we could even get our own run group for the day.

Just a bunch of us getting together and ripping up a track here in CA. Preferably one without decibel limitations.

Big Willow? Streets? Buttonwillow?

Who would be willing to come out? Car or not!

Buttonwillow is about 30 minutes from my place. If the time is right, sign me up.

Yes to any of the tracks you mention and probably some you didn't. All depends on the dates and if I can get my Camaro solid enough. Hotchkis has a upgraded adapter kit for installing their rear bar. It's pretty essential if you autocross or track your car and especially so if you run R-comps or race rubber.

I've got some rear axle play and need to get into the "root" cause of that before I can entertain a track day with that car. Having axles move around affects rear brake operation ... will attack this in the next couple of weeks and then order parts.

Cheers and let's do this,
Mary Pozzi

Buttonwillow has one March 27 and April 18-19. Saturdays are bad for me until June.

Unfortunately, my Camaro is not even close to road worthy, let alone track worthy, but I'd still love to go check it and spectate.

Ditto for my Ranchero, but I would love to spectate.
